Your satisfaction is our priority. If any item arrives damaged, expired or wrongly delivered, let us know within 24 hours of receipt — we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.
Please inspect fresh items (vegetables, fruit, fish and meat) at the time of delivery; opened or used packaged goods are not returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
